God:
God is the creator of the universe (Genesis 1:1). God is all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, and that the earth with its inhabitants were created for His glory (1 John 3:20, Psalm 139:8, Jeremiah 23:23-24, Job 42:2, and 1 Corinthians 10:31). He has always been in existence and will continue to be for eternity (Psalms 90:2 and Psalms 48:14). God is good and He loves His creation (Romans 8:38-39 and 1 John 4:8).
Jesus:
Jesus Christ is the Son of God (Matthew 16:16). Though different in role, Jesus is co-equal to God the Father in regards to His essence as Deity (John 1:1 and Hebrews 1:8). Jesus took on the body of a man and came to earth to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10). He died for all of humanity that we might have an opportunity to be redeemed and restored to a right relationship with the Father through the sacrifice of the Son (John 3:17). Jesus was resurrected and ascended to the presence of the Father where He intercedes for those who have put their faith in Him and He is preparing a place for them to eventually be with Him for eternity (John 14:3).
Holy Spirit:
The Holy Spirit is the third person of God. Equally divine and existing within a triune relationship with the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit actively draws people to repentance and salvation (John 3:5-8. His work is to be a constant support and guide to those who believe. (John 14:16-17, John 14:26 and John 16:7-15), It is through the Holy Spirit that the believer learns more of who God is, progressively reflects the true image of God, and receives gifts through which to glorify God and point others to Him. (1 Cor. 6:19-20, 1 Cor. 12:4-11, and Gal. 5:22-23).
Bible:
The Bible is the inerrant Word of God. There is no fault or error to be found within the Bible and that any apparent disharmony is due to a misunderstanding of the text (John 17:17, Colossians 1:5, and Galatians 2:5). As the Bible is seen to be truth, it is also to be defined as infallible and completely trustworthy in all areas of its text (2 Timothy 3:16 and Matthew 5:17-20). The Bible is not God and is not to be worshiped but it is a means through which God's people may learn who they are and, most importantly, who God is.
Mankind:
Mankind was created by God in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). Through the sins of one man, the whole of mankind fell from their God-given place of holiness and intimacy with Him. It is only through the acceptance of Jesus’ sacrificial gift that man can be restored (Romans 5:12 and 1 Corinthians 15:21-22). Mankind is very loved by God and He desires a relationship with His creation (John 3:16).
Salvation:
Salvation is the work of saving mankind from the consequences of their sins and this salvation is only through making God the master of one's life, believing that Jesus Christ died and defeated death by coming back to life for our sake (Romans 10:9 and John 1:29). Salvation is a gift of grace that is attained solely through faith in Jesus (Ephesians 2:8-9). Salvation is a gift that available to anyone who would believe (John 1:12 and 2 Peter 3:9).
The Church:
The church is those who believe in the name of the Lord Jesus, are saved through God’s grace, and united together as one body. The church, or Body of Christ, has many parts and functions (1 Corinthians 12:12-14). The primary function of the church is to equip the saints and spread the Gospel with those around them (Matthew 28:18-20). The church is called to serve those in need and to reflect the love of God to the world around us (Matthew 5:14-16 and Matthew 25:34-40).
